Are you a data controller or a data processor?
This is a critical question, and we take data privacy seriously. In most client engagements where we are handling personal data on your behalf (e.g., managing PPC campaigns using your customer lists, or hosting your application), NextRise Digital acts as a Data Processor. We operate under a robust Data Processing Addendum (DPA) that complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations. You, as our client, retain the role of Data Controller. We never own or monetize your data.
